Their performance range from great to good, to excellent and not so excellent. In this virtual world that we now live & work, I started working with freelancers & contractors who specialize in graphic design, writing, Social Media, SEO & more.
During COVID over the past 2 years, the concept of virtual assistants has really taken off in my industry & in many industries. Because of COVID, via the online use of Zoom, more and more companies are working with virtual assistants. If you work with an independent virtual assistant there is usually no accountability. If you're in one country, and your VA is in another country, there's really no one to hold them accountable or professional. It's extremely challenging to trust that the person with whom you are working with will be with you for short term or long term. The ultimate goal is that you want to work with someone long term.
I met John Javier from Lesswork Solutions, in a networking group and he didn't just show up one time and didn't solicit me on LinkedIn as many companies do. Every single day I get a spam email or solicitation via LinkedIn asking if I need a virtual assistant. These solicitations come from all over the world, from China to India to Russia to South America and literally every corner of the earth. Because John showed up to one of my many networking groups he proved to be a real person. Not only did he show up once, he appeared consistently and that gave me the trust factor I was looking for in terms of a virtual assistant company. John, however he organizes his company, proved that he would be reliable and be online when I needed him.
,
When I met with John over zoom, he explained to me about the company structure and reasonable pricing and packages. I appreciate the time management, progress and communication using technology and software tools (basecamp, clickup, slack and zoom) as they help us keep focused and on track. So not only do I have the trust factor, I also have the organization factor that many other virtual assistants are missing.
Additionally, I have the pleasure presently of working with my assistant Jhoana, who has been prompt, on time, attentive, professional, and understands everything that I'm talking about. I don't know if she ever had experience working with a digital marketing agency, but she has proven to not only get the work done, but also to take initiative on projects. For example, I gave her a task of calling a tech support company and she was able to complete that task without ever having any guidance or instructions.
I really appreciate the overall value of Lesswork Solutions. The people are super friendly, camera ready, always with a smile, remind me of tasks, and take efficient and effective notes. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with Lesswork Solutions."
