Meet John Jayne, owner of Virtus Group Investigations LLC. John has been a DPSST licensed and insured private investigator for 11 years. He has worked hundreds of criminal defense cases ranging from DUII to Murder; family law cases to include child custody mitigation, business law investigations, tracking runaway teenagers and missing children, insurance investigations and countless hours of surveillance. Prior to becoming a licensed private investigator John was a police officer in the Portland metropolitan area for 9 years and also spent 8 years in the United States Marine Corps. John prides himself on maintaining lasting relationships with his clients and is known for going above and beyond in his work. He has a passion for defending people who have been accused of crimes and feels everyone has the right to effective and competent investigation on their behalf.
