• Highly skilled in the design of RCC structures & has worked on several multi-storied buildings & Special Structures.• Exposure to design of Steel Structures using IS codes.• Comprehensive knowledge in multiple design codes of practice (IS, BS, Euro codes & also familiar with ACI & AISC).• Development of designs sheets in excel & macros for steel designs & RCC designs• Preparation & Documentation of detailed designs, Checking & Issuing of Construction drawings to the construction team, Proof Checking of the designs.• Coordination with the Architects, Services Engineers, Construction division & BOQ Department. • Fore Casting Construction Issues, Site Inspection & Surveying, ensuring the adherence to designs standards & technical specifications & thereby ensuring quality of work• Well versed in using design packages like STAAD, SAP, ETABS, SAFE etc.• Co-ordination of civil and structural works at site as per work order and specification as laid out in tender.• Preparation of design reports, standard drawings, design basis and technical specification.• Excellent in time management and meeting etiquettes. • Eager to learn the latest advancements and skills for increased professional efficiency.

-Responsible in project planning and ensure that work is executed strictly as per technically sanctioned estimate, approved design and specification. -To prepare and ensure correctness of documents for approval of technical sanction and Notice Inviting Tender (NIT). -The project includes airport terminal buildings, mid and high-rise commercial and functional buildings, parking projects etc. Other responsibilities include;• To check the Soil Report, Site Parameters, Field Data etc. • Certification of the measurement of work executed by the contractor at project site.• Preparation of estimates for Buildings, Roads, Culverts etc. • Prepare Notice inviting tender ,tender documents and BOQ. • Conducting tenders and assisting superior officers to finalize the qualified contractor.• Preparing work order for the selected contractor and execute agreements as per the contractual conditions prevailing in the department.• Manage contract administration and review contract documents and construction drawings to identify any anomalies.• To verify and check Field Tests, Lab. Tests at works site and exercise control on quality of work. • To verify all records and registers of works as per work specifications and works manuals. • Checking and finalization of Structural Design, Drawings, Sketch etc.
