Preparing Microsoft Project programs for project activities, Tracking and updating the schedule effectively on weekly basis, preparing KPI( Key performance indicators) updates on weekly basis, Construction drawings tracking, Prepare and submit Daily progress reports, Flow chart work process (sequence wise), Attending client meetings.

• Prepare marking layout.• Correct marking of face line or center line.• Preparing Bar Bending schedule.• Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.• Managing, planning and monitoring the detailed scheduling, monitoring the progress of detailed engineering to overcome the delay and reporting to higher management.• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.• Problem solving.• Leadership and management.

• Work alongside the Project Manager in residential projects with planning, estimation, valuation.• Oversee ongoing projects and labour men and provide guidance• Manage costs relating to projects from initial calculations to final estimates.• Feasibility studies to estimate time, materials and labour costs.• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

• Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.• Preparation of estimates for Intial budget proposals for the cost of the project.• Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ)• Take of quantities of area (civil, electrical and mechanical works from GFC drawings)• Preparation of QS Report and Monthly Cash Flow• Keep track of project as per planning schedule and coordinate with higher management• Update the weekly status report using MS EXCEL & PRIMAVERA P6• Checking of site inspection reports for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor
