I started my career as a Project Engineer in Wipro Technologies and trained myself as a Database Administrator (SQL). Responsible for the technical and administrative aspects of the customers' SQL database infrastructure. Installation, configuration and upgrading of Microsoft SQL Server software and related products. Populating a database with new information or transferring existing data to it. Create database objects and indexes as per application requirements. Importing and exporting data using import and export utilities. Monitor high availability databases configured using Log Shipping and Mirroring. Identifying risky job failures and escalating them immediately to the appropriate team.When I joined Poratha Corporation, I got the chance to learn and work in Website Development. I learned PHP and HTML basics and started working on developing our company's ERP software with other team members. While working on the development, I learned many coding and designing techniques and developed a few modules myself, especially the payroll module, which gives me another opportunity to work with company Payroll activities. As an ERP/Payroll Executive, my important responsibilities are creating an ERP system that incorporates all the departmental functionalities of the organisation. Providing training to all the end users and resolving the issues through end user analysis to optimize performance. Processes company’s payroll every pay period. Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences. Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records. Performs the distribution of wages through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employee’s bank accounts. Distribute individual payslips on a monthly basis.During the COVID-19 pandemic, I got very good exposure to Digital Marketing and finished my Digital Marketing training with professional trainers. I got the chance to work on live projects and gained amazing experience on different Digital Marketing platforms. Assisting the team with the development of the overall digital marketing strategy. Work together with Web Designers to maximize user experience. Manage social media marketing campaigns. Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social). Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies. Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
