a. Assists the Project Manager (PM) and the Assistant Project Manager (APM) for Broadcast Engineering by ensuring the successful conceptualization, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of Broadcast Engineering projectsb. Prepares actions to be taken to achieve the desired results on matters concerning the Project Management Office.c. Coordinates with the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), BAC-Technical Working Group (BAC-TWG), and BAC Secretariat on matters concerning the procurement of Broadcast Engineering projectsd. Coordinates with concerned internal and external partner-stakeholders on matters that need appropriate actione. Assists in the preparation of upcoming broadcast engineering projects such as, but not limited to: Canvass and preparation and/or review of Terms of Reference (TOR), Scope of Work (SOW), and Technical Specifications & Requirements (TSR)f. Participates in the preparation of technical and/or feasibility studies such as, but not limited to: radio coverage prediction of potential service areas and installation of broadcast engineering facilitiesg. Conducts site inspection for proper planning and review of upcoming and on-going broadcast engineering and infrastructure projectsh. Performs other functions which may be assigned by the PM from time to time

- Ensure operational functionality and efficiency of all equipment in the master room.- Conduct performance monitoring and adjustment of equipment ensuring audio video and light quality during live broadcast and taped materials acceptable for television broadcasting.- Conduct a study on recommended system upgrades necessary for further improvement of system workflow.- Participate in tests and troubleshooting to pinpoint problems and causes that will lead to early resolution of faults.- Design a new system or adjust an existing one to meet new operating requriements.
