Lehigh Valley Adult Services (LVAS) is more than an adult day center and a human services provider. We believe in a holistic approach to care. We are compassionate about our delivery of service through home and community-based programs that provides assistance to adults, those both aging and/or with serious and persistent mental illnesses, empowering them to maintain or successfully gain independent living and functioning in the community.

Pennsylvania Integrative Clinical Services is your community partner dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by mental illness through recovery-focused support treating the total person, not just one specific diagnosis.

Responsible for the administration and management of Adult Services. Implements policies and procedures. Acts as the Chief Safety Officer/ Chief Compliance Officer, Oversight of admissions/ discharges, staff retention and recruitment. General oversight of Quality Assurance and Integrity. Management of personnel and training. Fiscal oversight includes: Annual Appeal, Capital Campaigns, Annual Budgets, and Fundraising.

I provide leadership to the board of trustees and the Center's Director of Operations. I coordinate development opportunities that fall within the mission of the Center and coincide with the our strategic plan.

Directs the daily operation/ planning of adult residential facilities to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals, in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices and regulatory requirements. Consults with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment and retention. Oversees and provides supervision for residential program leaders and residential staff to ensure Individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a theraputic environment. Coordinates, maintains, faciliatate staff training. Fiscal oversight and responsiblities include client funds, unit budgets, program budgets. Weekend and weekday on call responsiblities, monthly staff training and training management.

I am responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge of policies, procedures, standards and industry practices. I coordinate the center's efforts in maintaining compliance with internal Devereux standards and with state, local and federal standards/regulations (DPW,CBH,CCBH,The Joint Commission etc.). I assist in the preparation and activities involved in surveys and audits and provide direction to leadership members with respect to establishing monitors, writing reports and conducting quality management studies. I utilize the data base to collect and analyze data, providing reports on QM related topics using existing monitors and systems and creates new monitors as needed.
