I can write all the specifications and lock it up to guide the contractors in offering the right product to fulfill the lighting designs.6. In construction, I can provide installation drawings, detail, and share my expertise in site to solve challenges if there is any.7. • Review and analyze all MEPF drawings, materials, schedules, and program of works.• Coordinating all MEPF activities with all respective contractors on site.• Review and Study all the shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, methodologies, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.• Review submittals prior to the submission to the Consultants/Designers.• Ensuring that all civil obstruction has been cleared to MEPF contractor to proceed with MEPF activities.• Engage with authority at the beginning of the project to ensure that all temporary utilities (power & water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of the project to ensure disconnection of utility services.• Ensure a harmonious working relationship between the Contractors and Consultants, understanding that open communication and teamwork are to be promoted to the project.• Coordinating between MEPF and Civil drawings at the site.• Coordination and attending meetings with subcontractors, consultants & clients and suppliers.• Monitoring of work as per specification, local & international standard and codes.• Organizing, Estimation, Coordinating and motivation of personnel. • Evaluation of Variation or Change order from sub-contractors and claim this as well to consultant.• Identification of subcontractors and suppliers. Collecting quotations and close coordination with subordinates.• Rising RFI of site MEPF works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification required.• Preparation of (Site Delivered Materials) Material Inspection Report (MIR) and getting approval from consultant.• Attending all the testing and commissioning of MEPF services.• To highlight, we installed VRF Air-conditioning (Variable Refrigerant Flow).
