Managed National Speed’s Richmond store during an interim time, while recruiting for the upcoming Norfolk, VA store opening. Due to poor upper management, Norfolk store never opened its doors despite having a full team of qualified technicians and advisors ready to go. Shortly after I left unfortunately the Richmond store shut down, too. Company owner was found guilty of tax evasion in 2024, unfortunate because the core idea of a national chain of high-performance installation and tuning shops was a great one. Just poorly executed.

Lima Sheet Metal is a fabrication company that specializes in stainless steel foodservice construction and works with other companies in Northwest Ohio, such as Honda and Ford, to build assembly line components. I worked here during most of my schooling at UNOH. I helped build and install a myriad of parts, from food-service grade can flippers to precise machine jigs, and even metal guarding for Honda's Anna, OH engine manufacturing plant robots. Forklift, TIG/MIG welding, and machining experience.

Underground Racing is part of the custom performance car tuning industry. They specialize in twin turbo kits for exotic cars. I handled all of the parts inventory, which included a 3000 square ft. warehouse, for the fabrication and installation of the turbo kits. I worked with the technicians to make sure the cars were finished on time with delivery dates and handled a majority of the delivery and quality control responsibilities before cars were shipped. I also helped make the parts-to-technician interface as efficient as possible while still maximizing security of inventory by creating exact parts lists for each car based on all the different options the customer had, and controlling the parts that were allowed to each car. This allowed us to better gauge inventory replenishment even while using a very basic inventory management software (Excel).
