Program manager that partners with the broader team to set the strategic direction of the ETF business, while working with prospects and clients on new services. Works with the Custody and Fund Services teams, clients, internal business partners, external vendors and industry forums to manage our product offerings. Work closely with other Product development, Technology and operations teams to ensure successful development and implementation of new products and product / service enhancements utilizing scrum and agile methodologies via resources such as JIRA, confluence, sharepoint, etc.

Onboard new ETF clients to State Street while managing project plans and collaborating with internal business units and prospected clients.

Create and manages necessary documentation for assigned initiatives and action items, documentation may include test/project plans, CMRs, business requirements support. Collect, review and categorize data to support trending, research, and planning. Provide support for daily and periodic processes and required reporting as needed. Communicate with stakeholders across multiple business units, shared services, offshore partners where required. Act as escalation point for complex issues to proactively identify, research, manage and resolve issues. Coordinate with internal shared service teams, IT, business and vendor staff in issue research, resolution, and action item completion. Track and report issues, resolutions and areas of risk. Assist with issue and action items management including the identification, tracking, analysis, resolution, reporting and remedy of items, may include root cause analysis. Compile reporting for management and internal discussions between shared services, other business units, COEs and offshore partners. Provide end to end support for business and system process where required. Participate in on-going training and development.
