I meticulously maintain all production and quality-related documents. Have undergone quality-related audits, including those conducted by the EU team, USFDA, local regulatory bodies, and certifications such as BRC with AA grade, ISO 22000, MSC COC, and FOS. Having trained several fresh QC, QA supervisors, managers, and workers in food safety, I also handle export and import documents. Additionally, I completed lead auditor training in ISO 22000:2005 and FSSC 22000:2018.Coordinated the establishment of new seafood processing plant projects.Converted a non-EU factory into an EU-approved unit.Obtained process and export licenses for the new factories.
