Field Technician Site Report app -Was using SharePoint as my data source, Microsoft Power Apps as the application software, and Microsoft Power Automate to add more functionality. -With the help of online guides, I created my apps. Previous experience working on another app, the Field Inventory App, helped. How the app works -The user has to click on the button which displays the project name. Then, the user has a gallery displaying previous reports under the project they clicked on. When the user presses the plus button, it will direct them towards a screen to fill out the Report for that project.

Field Equipment Inventory app -Was using SharePoint as my data source, Microsoft Power Apps as the application software, and Microsoft Power Automate to add more functionality. -With the help of online guides, I created my app. How the app works-The user rents out one specific item or multiple items for a day or a range of dates. -It also had a shopping cart function depending on the user is renting out multiple items. -Before the user can press the confirm button, they must sign their name. If the user does not, the "confirm" button becomes unclickable. -After confirming their rented items, the user and company will receive an email notification with an automated receipt. -The receipt itself is a dynamic table using HTML. The receipt displayed an item or group of items. The user cannot rent out the same item or items. They will only be available when they have been returned. -The history screen showed the user's current "rented items" and previously rented items on the app. -Since the data source is SharePoint anyone who has access can see who has rented what items, the amount of time renting them, and their history of renting items.
