We pay $1 per position, with each class of stock owned by each fund treated as a separate position, each note a separate position, etc. We charge a $35 transaction fee per position. We turn agreements around within 24 hours. We need a pdf of the stock certificate, note, warrant, or earnout, as well as the signature block for the seller including name/email/title of the person signing on behalf of the seller, wiring instructions for the fund, and contact information at the portfolio company (if available). We send agreements by DocuSign and send our payments by ACH or wire. Payment of our invoice can be made by ACH, wire, check, or bill.com.
