• Monitoring gas quantities, quality and control of our natural gas transmission pipeline operations 24 hrs. /7 days, including natural gas receipts, natural gas deliveries at 24 meter stations, and operation of 7 compressor stations to ensure adherence to safety regulations.• Continuously evaluate system status, ensure safe operation, respond to emergencies / abnormal conditions, dispatch Field and/or emergency personnel as needed, optimize system capacity, respond to customer requests, and maintain accurate data.• Accountable for emergency response as it pertains to gas control including: immediate & appropriate action, effective investigation, reporting of emergencies and responding well under pressure.• Responsible for standby coverage and overtime to meet operational requirements.• Attention to DOT regulations, especially Control Room Management (49CFR 192.631), for operation of our pipeline

Responsible for coordinating operations and providing direction to the operators on daily assignments. Ensured compliance with company policies and relevant federal, state, and local requirements (e.g., U.S. Coast Guard, EPA, OSHA, and SIP) as they relate to the operation and maintenance of the facilityInterfaces daily with Traffic & Inventory and directs terminal operations based on established policies and procedures, customer needs and regulatory requirements. Coordinates on the job training for new and developing operators as required, ensuring that all employees receive proper training for safe and efficient operation. Regulatory training includes, US Coast Guard, Department of Transportation Pipeline Safety/Operator Qualification, Federal Railroad Association and Process Safety Management. Ensures that all paperwork is completed for product loading/unloading, pipeline operations, transfers, etc. Creates and maintains a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all SIP and terminal processes and procedures. Ensures required regulatory tasks are completed and updates the Compliance Management System as necessary. Lead and conduct monthly Safety/System Integrity Meetings.

• Transfer petroleum products to and from marine vessels, storage tanks, and pipelines • Ensure proper valve alignments and track flow-rates for all movements • Conduct tank gauging and sampling • Monitor truck loading racks and troubleshoot maintenance issues • Monitor, examine and input daily/hourly reports on all product movements • Participate in facility preventive maintenance program throughout terminal • Conduct all Inspections, including security inspections • Working knowledge of USCG, DOT, EPA and Company regulations • Nurture good working relationship with customer base • Document computerized daily inventories for all products and ensure compliance with loss control • Proficiency in Microsoft application, Diamond Control Systems and SCADA, Accuload rack loading systems • Assists with coordination of gaugers, boom personnel, maintenance contractors, marine and safety personnel, as well as assist in the coordination of all product movements • Ensure reporting of all incidents and accidents to the Terminal Supervisor on assigned shift • Act as shift Supervisor and provide operational input to Terminal Supervisor • Train new employees in terminal operations • Participate in spill response and clean up, and emergency response activities • Personally achieve Zero-Zero-Zero incidents • Hazwoper and Fire trained
