Responsibilities:Support the FIM team in the overall implementation of the SLM project within the agreed plans, budget time frame and donor guidelines • Support the roll out of feasibility studies, market analysis, vulnerability mapping, needs and capacity assessments and farming groups • Undertaking regular field visits to provide hands on technical support to business groups, skills training beneficiaries• Provide on-going management support to new and existing business groups• Support the SLM programme team in ensuring that all financial, logistics and HR planning for the project is accurate, timely and regularly updated to ensure services are delivered to beneficiaries in an efficient and effective manner • Work with the FIM Co-ordinator to develop and implement tactical plans on the proposal.• provide field technical support to the SLM livelihood and food security Market Enterprise Officer• Undertaking regular field visits to provide hands on technical support to business groups, Village Savings and Loans Associations and skills training beneficiaries. • Provide ongoing management support to new and existing Village Savings and Loans Associations• Liaise with the FIM Team in the development of a project budget including cash flow forecasting, interpreting budget, Budget review and management account review and feedback submission to Finance department• Contribute to the designing and delivery of training models, learning processes, resources, materials and workshops• Ensuring stronger link and integration with other FIM projects: AL-WIN, LANN Project and Aid Match Project.2. Networking, advocacy and representation.by: • Technical leadership in the coordination and gathering of information on improved learning skills among target vulnerable youth

Programme design and planning • Participate in the development of annual, monthly and weekly activity plans for the Urban WASH programme. • Develop detail workplans (annual, monthly and weekly) • Support the visit of a consultant in charge of designing the implementation strategy of the pilot project . • Participate in field assessments • Support in sanitation products marketing strategy development.• Develop promotional plan for social marketing.• Develop distribution chain for sanitation products producers and service users.Programme implementation • Liaise with the relevant community stakeholders to get their approval and support on the Sanitation Marketing pilot project • Participate in the designs of ToRs and other documentation• In charge of the development of sanitation products through participatory workshops and trials• Support the development of small business and entrepreneurs to produce and market sanitation products • Stimulate demand for the sanitary products through the implementation of the marketing strategy • Implement the VSL&A approach with women groups in order to increase the financial capacity of poor household to afford the sanitation products. • Liaise closely with the WASH hardware team, BCC officer and the other WASH officers throughout planning, design and implementation stages • Ensure that all financial and logistical paperwork are properly filled • In case of emergency (such as cholera or Ebola outbreaks, floods. Etc) actively participate in the response carried out by the WASH programme. • Participate in the design and developpement of a monitoring system for measuring the results of Sanitation Marketing pilot project • Participate in the developpement of M&E tools (questionnaires, check lists etc.) and their testing on the fields• Conduct monthly monitoring visit to the local entrepreneurs and the VSL&A groups • Undertake monthly monitoring visits to the WMTs and other community groups
