Micro Enterprise Development Supervisor
CurrentResponsibilities:Support the FIM team in the overall implementation of the SLM project within the agreed plans, budget time frame and donor guidelines • Support the roll out of feasibility studies, market analysis, vulnerability mapping, needs and capacity assessments and farming groups • Undertaking regular field visits to provide hands on technical support to business groups, skills training beneficiaries• Provide on-going management support to new and existing business groups• Support the SLM programme team in ensuring that all financial, logistics and HR planning for the project is accurate, timely and regularly updated to ensure services are delivered to beneficiaries in an efficient and effective manner • Work with the FIM Co-ordinator to develop and implement tactical plans on the proposal.• provide field technical support to the SLM livelihood and food security Market Enterprise Officer• Undertaking regular field visits to provide hands on technical support to business groups, Village Savings and Loans Associations and skills training beneficiaries. • Provide ongoing management support to new and existing Village Savings and Loans Associations• Liaise with the FIM Team in the development of a project budget including cash flow forecasting, interpreting budget, Budget review and management account review and feedback submission to Finance department• Contribute to the designing and delivery of training models, learning processes, resources, materials and workshops• Ensuring stronger link and integration with other FIM projects: AL-WIN, LANN Project and Aid Match Project.2. Networking, advocacy and representation.by: • Technical leadership in the coordination and gathering of information on improved learning skills among target vulnerable youth
