John has over 13 years of industry experience across various operational, technical, research and account/project management roles both in Australia and overseas. Responsible for revenue growth by developing and managing all online business capabilities. Responsibility for business development activities related to online products and leading projects of local and global initiatives for the Australian business. Also responsible for the MyView panel including servicing local clients, managing panel incentive suppliers and external panel suppliers.

Responsible for the analyst services, software development and IT departments. Also SPOC for the IBM SPSS Data Collection software for APAC.

● Answering enquiries from global and internal clients for a number of analytical and data collection software via telephone, e-mail and in person on site ● Second level support to other technicians with more difficult statistical or software usage queries (as senior support representative)● Preparing and updating installation instructions/user manuals for clients● Product testing and training for software customers – Surveycraft, SPSS● Conducting Induction training courses for new SPSS employees● Conducting national sales seminars for SPSS products for large groups (60+) ● Installing Surveycraft software for CATI rooms● Interstate and international on site installation of the STS ● Involved in dialler certification for Australia and New Zealand
