For over 19 years, I have been working with government and local government authorities, major developers, listed companies, major builders and institutional clients on large scale commercial, civil and residential developments.I advise on pre-development, planning and environment, joint venture and partnership contracts, tenders, financing and due diligence. I guide clients from a project's inception through to its completion by identifying and managing risk in line with the clients’ objectives. In addition, I have experience in advising and acting for principals and major contractors on major construction projects as well as adjudication claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments legislation. I also have been involved in mining and wind farm projects.Further, my dispute resolution experience involves acting in major construction arbitrations and litigation, building company liquidations and recoveries, real property disputes involving strata schemes and leasing issues, debt recovery and shareholder disputes.
