Leading the downtown core locations for Sunglass Hut, a Luxottica brand, I oversee the operations, sales, and customer service of the stores, driving growth and profitability. With a team of 10 associates, I ensure that they deliver the best shopping experience and product knowledge to our customers. I also manage the inventory, merchandising, and budgeting of the stores, optimizing the performance and efficiency of the retail environment.My passion for design and fashion led me to pursue a degree in Interior Design from Interdec, where I graduated in 2015. I started my career as an Interior Designer, working on various residential and commercial projects for six years. I then transitioned to retail management, joining Nordstrom as a Counter Manager in 2019. There, I learned the skills and strategies of retail operations, sales, and customer service, while applying my creative flair and eye for detail. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to create a positive and engaging retail environment for our customers and staff.
