This included infrastructure management, billing integration and customer service demands. I managed the hydraulic water modelling requirements for the  Municipality including modelling design, model maintenance and water system capacity allocation analysis using InfoWater. I was also involved in the initial steps for a SWMM model of the sanitary and storm collection systems. I managed water treatment operations for a community of 32,000. I was responsible for two water treatment plants and supervised 8 water treatment operators.I also oversaw a contract with OCWA to operate the municipality's wastewater treatment facilities.

I worked in the following areas:• Environmental Services - Public Toilets, Landfills, Burial Grounds.• Pollution Control Engineer administering the Water Pollution Control Act in South County Dublin.• Drainage Design - Design and analysis of Foul (Sanitary) and Surface (Storm) drainage.
