● Business development and client account management - Responsible for expanding client base from tens to over one hundred across the Western US. ● Technical sales & proposal preparation - Accountable for new sales generation of heavy-duty exhaust components, thermal lagging and DPF systems for surface and underground mobile mining and construction equipment. Installation of sold products on equipment located both inside client shops and in active open pit mines. ● Problem solving and solution-based sales – 3D scanning of unique/modified mining equipment components for design of new products to provide clients with OEM alternatives.

As core analysis division manager, directed a team of 40+ employees consisting of geologists, geochemists, petrologists and laboratory technicians. Managed client expectations and developed solid client relationships. Increased laboratory throughput by designing more efficient testing workflows, which allowed division to achieve, and sustain, record high revenues of over one million dollars per month.

Core analysis laboratory manager - Supervised daily operations, including wellsite logistics, laboratory testing, equipment maintenance, and HSE functions. Also responsible for data quality control, quality assurance, report generation and delivery to clients. Product & service development - Instrumental in the development and deployment of Tight Rock Analysis services, for unconventional reservoirs, which was revolutionary for the oil and gas industry.

Oil & gas wellsite testing - Duties included frequent travel to active drilling locations across the United States, including Alaska, and Canada to collect, process, package and transport drill cores. Additional wellsite testing included extensive canister desorption, coalbed methane analysis, on whole core, rotary sidewall core, pressure core and drill cuttings. Laboratory analytical core analysis testing - Analytical laboratory skills include; core processing (gamma logging, slabbing, CT scanning). measurement of density, porosity, permeability and fluid saturations, as well as electrical properties, relative permeability, fluid flow and fracture conductivity/proppant embedment.
