In this role, I am responsible for P&L for the Southwest Area including Socal, Arizona and New Mexico. In addition, I have the challenge of building and executing an industry leading packaging and printing program across Saxco's national footprint.Saxco International, LLC is the leading provider of rigid packaging solutions to the wine, beer, liquor and food industries in North America. With the Square Peg acquisition, other industries fold into the mix as well including electronics, biotechnology, general manufacturing and more. Our expertise includes bottle design, product sourcing, decorating, packaging, printing, project management and delivery whether our clients are looking for a “one-stop-shop” or a single item for their premium package. Our world class glass partners including North American manufacturing partners Ardagh and Owens Illinois and our globally sourced Saxco Private Label, allow us to deliver both cost effective stock solutions as well as completely customized packaging solutions…. and our multiple stocking locations allow us to get our customers products to them when they need it.

As President, CEO and Co-Founder of Square Peg Packaging and Printing, I have the pleasure of working with what I believe to be the most enthusiastic team in the industry.Founded on the premise that true expertise in both the packaging and printing industries could not be found under one roof, Square Peg works with our customers to reduce vendors, better manage their brand through creativity/consistency and cut costs using industry leading structural design and supply chain efficiencies.Our product line is extensive, covering almost every part of both the printing and packaging industries. In print, we supply everything from simple business cards/letterhead all the way up to high end commercial print and direct mail. On the packaging side, our products include stock shipping supplies as well as custom desiged packaging including corrugated containers, foam cushioning, thermoformed plastics, graphic folding cartons and so much more.

I joined the Zellerbach organization, prior to the aquisition by xpedx, in South San Francisco to gain experience in the packaging market. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with some of the greatest Sales Professionals in the industry, consulting with clients to design packaging programs in the California market. Managing through the dot.com boom as well as the bust was an experience I enjoyed immensely.Serving as General Manager in the San Diego area was incredibly rewarding due to the fantastic people I worked with, as well as the challenge of managing a P&L in the distribution environment.

Developing a territory in the printing and services industry was a challenge I will never forget. Sales has always been a passion of mine, and this was a wonderful company to learn from.Being promoted to District Manager allowed me to move my family to Northern California and experience what living outside of San Diego is really like. It also gave me my first taste of P&L responsibility, a challenge I enjoy to this day.
