Leading Biofiltro to become the world's preeminent provider of waste water treatment and greenhouse gas reduction technologies. Accountabilities include:Carbon Credit Projects - Creating and negotiating contracts and business structures that optimize project benefits and reduce risks for participating farms, carbon credit purchasers, and Biofiltro.Grants & Incentives - Overseeing project grant and tax incentive applications, including USDA, California Department of Food and Agriculture, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana grants. Contracts - Negotiate all contracts in alignment with company strategic and tactical goals while minimizing risks.Strategic Network Building - Develop networks between farms, cooperatives, scientists, and carbon credit buyers to optimize climate-smart opportunities.Intellectual Property - Oversee the company's intellectual property development, protection, and monetization.Governance - Create and oversee the company's governance, including Board of Directors meetings, committees, executive team accountabilities, and company policies.Financing - Oversee and negotiate company project financing agreements and structures, create and negotiate equity financing agreements. Risk Management/Dispute Resolution - Manage the company's counter-party risks and engage in efficient, creative and cost-effective dispute resolution in alignment with the company strategic and tactical goals.

Key clients include: Biofiltro USA, Inc.; Royal Diary Farm (winner of the Outstanding Dairy Farm Sustainability Award by the Innovation Center for US Diary and partner in the U.S. Dairy Net Zero Initiative); and Native Microbials (recipient of a USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service Grant funding research into the reduction of enteric methane emissions via Native Microbial's purpose built microbial solutions.)
