The study highlights several key neighborhoods around London where air source heat pump retrofits would be most beneficial, while also outlining the required energy costs for ASHPs to become viable alternatives to NG Furnaces. The entire report provides financial, environmental, and behavioural evaluations as well as recommendations on how to make implementation of the framework more feasible. The study will benefit the City of London as they move through the steps of their Climate Emergency Action Plan, London residents, utility providers, and other key stakeholders in sustainability. -
