• Senior technician on shift responsible for organisation of operational resources and the technical team who carry out planned maintenance and respond to non-standard events on chemical etch manufacturing tools.• Liaise with senior management and engineers in regards to planning all activities to be completed by the technical team.• Training and development of junior members of the technical team, including delivery of chemical and electrical classes along with on the job demonstration.• Perform electrical and mechanical trouble shooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the manufacturing process.• Set up, calibration and preventative maintenance on production equipment while exceeding industry safety standards.
