Source candidates for and work collaboratively with Managers, Directors, C-level staff in filling needs at all levels in multiple areas. These needs include Strategy Consultants, Clinical Affairs, Development/Fundraising, Research Scientists, Grants/Contracts, Compliance, IT, Executive Assistants, etc.I work diligently to identify the right fit, personally and professionally while at the same time hope to give everyone that interviews with us an enjoyable experience, regardless of outcome.

The Susie Kim Memorial Fund was established in 2001 in memory of my sister, Susie Kim, who passed away at the all too young age of 30. After a courageous fight against cancer, Susie passed away on August 8, 2000. We, as a family, were so very thankful for the care she received at Johns Hopkins, specifically, The Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center (SKCCC) and wanted to give back.We started an annual golf tournament with all the proceeds going to SKCCC. With the help of family, friends, businesses, etc., we were fortunate to raise ~$50K in the 5 years we held the tournament. We will forever be grateful for everyone that participated and to those Doctors and Nurses who cared for Susie during her illness. Her strength, courage and faith while walking through her illness was an extraordinary sight to behold. She was truly the bravest person I've ever known.
