Heading the College's Marketing & Admissions Team in order to:1. Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies to increase student enrolment and retention.2. Increase the quality of all leads generated from both on and offline marketing channels by managing conversion rates.3. Developing strategies for recruitment of the right partners for On-Job Training for our students4. Ensure awareness of the College is high through effective use of social media and the website.5. Act as brand guardian and ensure that all materials produced are consistent with the brand.6. Take a data-led approach, using all available performance data to evaluate and make recommendations for improvement of the processes.7. Head of communications both internal and external.

1. Providing direct technical assistance and guidance on the Gender Empowerment in Training (GET) Project and its delivery partners.2. Establishment of gender transformative structures e.g. gender committees; sexual and gender based violence committees, policy development, etc3. Supporting gender analysis including baseline survey, self assessment, interviews4. Development of gender action plans and reporting on their progress5. Conducting training on Gender Empowerment to targeted audiences and partners6. Development and revision of strategies and training materials7. Monitoring and reporting on gender issues in Technical Education.
