Enterprise Advisor - Healthcare
CurrentAs an Enterprise Advisor on the Customer Engagement team at Hyland, I interact directly with our customers through our Strategic Workshops. I interview IT, managers, super-user's, and end-users on their use of Hyland Solutions in their day-to-day work. My objectives are to listen to their processes to find pain points and inefficiencies throughout their workday, provide recommendations on expanding the use of their existing solutions, and develop a 12-month road map that aligns with organizational goals.Customer service and problem solving are critical success factors for my job as an Enterprise Advisor. In order to carry out these success factors it is important that I listen carefully to the customer, ask questions, and leverage my training and experience with Hyland solutions to create a more efficient experience for the employee, their department and organization as a whole. At the heart of my career is patient care which includes 27 years within radiology as a technologist and manager. Providing effective patient care is important at all levels for the healthcare enterprise. From registration through revenue, the ripples of a patient's experience can be felt throughout. This is where I can make an impact for your organization as an Enterprise Advisor.
