Led teams of internal and external technical support professionals managing large-scale projects from construction to network integration. Kept the projects at 40%+ profit margin year after year. The progress was tracked by milestones, issues, and risks utilizing multiple project management software programs.Managed the General Contractors' day-to-day activities making sure they were on track. Reported directly to the Program Manager and the Customer on daily progress identifying issues, risks and change control items.Worked directly with the Scoping Engineers to identify and create Site Specification SOWs, and BOMs for multiple programs working through cost estimating and budget impacts on each project. Applied technical and lessons learned knowledge to drive that effort keeping projects highly profitable.Performed safety and quality assurance punch walks on every site assuring all safety protocols were in place and the customer standards were within specifications. Performed Post Modification Inspections (PMI) assuring the tower structural mount modifications and CDs were also within specifications working directly with the Professional Engineers and the customer on issues, risks, and changes. Closed out over 10,000 projects with minimal customer rejections and warranty issues.

Lead Implementation Manager on a 2+ year modernization project to Rip and Replace Ericsson BTS cabinets with new 3G and 4G cabinets integrating them into T-Mobile's network across all of NY and NJ making sure all technologies were back on air so there was no gap in service.

Managed multi-million-dollar SONET and DWDM fiber optic projects managing engineers and technicians. I set up a facility that allowed the teams to pre-wire, pre-provision, and test SONET and DWDM equipment for AT&T worldwide and Sprint. The equipment was set up as a fiber optic ring and pre-provisioned so, once it was installed on-site it only needed to be integrated into the network. This function saved the company over 50% in field installation and testing costs. Kept projects under budget and exceeded a 40% profit margin. Managed and executed a 50+ million project for (PATH) Port Authority Trans Hudson transit system The project was to remove and replace telecommunication equipment in all remote communication facilities from NJ to NYC. I was also instrumental in rebuilding communications at the World Trade Center site after 911. I provided the customer with project turnaround, issues, and risk expertise with an emphasis on customer satisfaction to drive future work.I worked directly with the customers’ engineering Dept. on system design issues and saved field installation and testing costs for ongoing and future work.I created Detailed Engineering Specifications and MOP’s for various projects. Trained all internal and external vendors on the Customer Requirement Standards per each program.
