I am a leader who invests in others to help them become the best them. I thrive in building long term relationships across different business channels and groups. I take problems, research them and collaborate with others to find the best solution while considering short and long-term impacts to the business, clients and employees.I have been successful because of my ability to care for people for who they are not just what they do, my ability to ask questions to get to the heart of any respective issue and my desire to collaborate with the right business partners in order to solve problems and limit unnecessary risk.What is unique about me is my background. I have led teams and championed the development of others in a myriad of ways for over 10 years. I have had the opportunity to own areas of risk and do root cause analysis in order to propose efficient and informed solutions to senior leadership. I have had the opportunity to lead and build business partnerships at the national and international level.My team and I were impacted by a large layoff in 2023 and I am looking for the next opportunity that God has for me.Personal:I am a Christian with a wonderful wife and four children. My family and I are deeply involved in our church and love spending time outdoors, especially in the fall. Our perfect day would involve laughter, good food, a soft fall breeze, and having a fun memory to share with each other and others after the day is done.
