-Managed many aspects of the US subsidiary with primary focus being on the accounting, controlling, and audits of the company finances.-Handled all logistics for product-sourcing and delivery of items that were not produced in our Austrian Manufacturing plant. This entailed seeking out new suppliers and relationships, working with steel fabrication plants for crucial equipment, andmanaging our costs to ensure Axess a healthy margin on all goods.-Established new banking relationships (US Bank), implemented a new payroll processor (Paylocity), built out the internal processes for better alignment with our Austrian head office, and completed 3 audits with unqualified opinions.-Organized the build out of additional office space to include an inventory system, as well as organizing and improving upon the layout of the existing space.-Established new procedures for our sales quote building process in order to streamline the time needed to produce quotes for potential clients. Did this in conjunction with contract formation alongside our outside legal counsel.-Undertook this role as the previous owner had sold his 33% equity to the head office in Austria. Labored to create a fun culture for a small ski resort equipment supplier that saw growing sales of $7M in 2017, $10M in 2018, $15M in 2019, and $13M in the COVID world of 2020.

-In control of all treasury management and banking relationships for Powdr, its nine ski-resorts, and four summer camps.-Cash positioning, forecasting, and budgeting on a weekly basis. Main focus on debt management due to being highly leveraged and having seasonal revenue streams. Managed credit facility of $150M, including revolver and term loans.-Project Manager for the implementation of the Wells Fargo Payment Manager solution for 12 of the companies within the Powdr portfolio.-Year-end audit duties in conjunction with quarterly bank reporting and covenant compliance calculations.-Demonstrated willingness to help and be flexible when needed. Was initially hired on as staff accountant, transitioned to financial analyst after two months to fill need. Maintained accounting duties for events company HMM until fully staffed.
