A Chef and Restaurant Manager that brings a passion for a great guest experience. My menu focused approach allows great food and fun to be produced in a cost effective manner. Skill sets include; menu development, systems implementation, P&L, staff training and motivation, research, and hiring. The primary goal is to synergize these disciplines to support improved hospitality and promote wellness.
