Currently working for TotalEnergies as a 1st class Analyzer technician.I have worked as an Analyzer Technician at Louisiana Pigment Co. also at Exxon mobil during EMCO/union lockout. Maintaining CEM’s, blue box and maxum 2 sample systems. Also running vals/cals for each analyzer. Adjusting heartcuts, retention windows and integration cuts. Completing PM’s for all analyzers, maintaining and some troubleshooting on vapor/liquid sample systems and SIF’s on h2s and LEL sensors safely. Val/cal ABB ph analyzers. Koch chlorine analyzers changing pinch tubes and buffer solution. Turbidity analyzers as well. I also pick up every night troubleshooting/weekend shift i can working as an instrumentation tech to help out!Completing routine PM’s, 5 point. Calibrations on flow/pressure instruments. Driving thermocouples and making sure console is reading the same temp. Val/cal O2/CO2 analyzers as needed. Doing everything I can, to be a well rounded and valuable technician for my company and myself! ANYTHING/EVERYTHING ELECTRICAL. I’m always A TEAM PLAYER, and looking to better myself and broaden my knowledge! 12 solid years as an electrician.7 years as an instrument tech.3 years and counting as a analyzer tech. With the Exxon Mobil supervisor/Analyzer Specialist I was teamed up with, that was willing to take his time out and actually teach me. In this short amount of time I was able to absorb about 2-3 years worth of knowledge and troubleshooting skills. (Very thankful for him) blue box /maxum edition 2 & GCP program. In 2014 I Joined and in 2019 I graduated from the Electrical Apprenticeship Program through the IBEW LOCAL 479. But left the union to go work at Exxon and help out during the lockout and learn/get more experience!
