Compare/contrast on-hand inventory, usage, and sales demand to fulfill replenishment needs daily.• Manage pooled supply chains, CHEP pallets and IFCO RPC’s. Order/Replenish, reconcile inventories weekly, report usage, and manage annual audit process. Maintain vendor location file. • Responsible for maintaining adequate inventories at all assigned locations through Replenishment of distributed materials. • Monitor Sales/Packing activity through ERP system (Famous), weekly Sales conference call, and direct communication with Sales and Field personnel. • Reorder as necessary, considering all appropriate lead and delivery periods, to maintain an adequate level of all materials. • Monitor deliveries to ensure supplies are received on time and in anticipated quantities. • Prepare invoices for A/P; match BOL, check pricing, and g/l/ accounting codes. • Documentation of supply activity. Maintain accessible record of supply activity through organized record keeping; current period transactions and historical price and usage records.
