I go where the business needs are I enjoy helping my colleagues and friends and watching them succeed with the help I provide. This Department gives me a chance to train front line agents and also cross train our current Reps.I love my job and helping everyone else succeed helps me to succeed im very passionate about learning and development this is why im so versatile.

To ensure a smooth delivery of communication was delivered from rogers to our in store agents.To serve customers and dealers at the same time to ensure at end of interaction both feel confident and understand the value with rogers.Handle escalations from either customer or dealer.It has helped to apply my talents in other areas for example our management support center where I help support our in center agents for between 5-10 hours a week some weeks more.

To handle in house escalations.Keep up to date with the latest issues in the technical field or webhosting and ensure information was distributed and used appropriately.be available at anytime of day or night to service my colleagues in case of a system malfunction.
