• Provide customer service to clients regarding international shipments.• Perform daily logging scripts ensuring up-to-date accurate information is maintained.• Process timely payments to steam ship lines for current freight charges.• Input and process new shipments into the companies CFIT program.• Work with various origins reconciling freight charges and settlement accounts.
