I started and led the growth team for LinkedIn's $XXXM Sales Navigator business. Growth included our online acquisition channels, onboarding flows, engagement, in-product education and retention initiatives. While in the S&A Program, I wrote the original growth strategy and pitched leadership on why we needed a growth team. After being hired as the first Growth PM, I helped build out the rest of the team (which grew to 10 people), defined our roadmap, and executed on our strategy.
