As the Senior Vice President and Director of Mechanical Engineering, I am responsible for business development, client relations, acquisitions and retention as well as office operations and procedures. I oversee a team of highly talented engineers amd designers in both our Waukesha and Madison offices and am responsible for system strategies and design, project management and team mentoring. I believe that the best form of leadership is to invest in the team. I do this by exercising their strengths and help guide them to find their own design style while still maintaining engineering principles and ethics. This provides a comradery amongst the department that promotes self-growth and the desire to excel together. With over 25 years of project experience, I have had the opportunity to design and manage a wide range of facility types including large scale housing developments, senior housing, hotels/water parks, financial institutions, industrial/manufacturing facilities, worship, K-12/higher education and science/technology facilities.
