CurrentManage a team of analysts and programmers in the performance of complex analyses and presentation of information to partners and senior management in a manner that enables them to make strategic business decisions on behalf of the Firm:- Developing innovative approaches towards mutually beneficial alternative fee arrangements; - Preparing responses to RFP's, including the development of pricing models and fee arrangements;- Reviewing Outside Counsel Guidelines and reaching agreements with respect to specific provisions; implementation of billing arrangements in compliance with client-specific requirements- Collaboration with IT personnel to pursue knowledge management initiatives and develop strategic reporting tools, including customized, interactive dashboard displays;- Application of project management principles in the delivery of legal services while working within established budgets.
