Sales, Back2School, Black Friday, Xmas)• Controlling & developing stores' digital media (in-store tv & radio) and generating trade budget revenue (retail media)• Coordinating vendors/partners branded instore presence (ie. fixtures, stores zones, etc)• Guiding & designing the remodeling projects of existing stores (floorplans, instore category zoning, furniture, branding, customers’ journey, digital signage, merchandising etc)• Overseeing all ad hoc trade marketing activities (product launches / offers, special projects, etc)• Developing and/or evolving stores equipment (furniture, etc)• Generating & controlling the trade marketing budget (opex, capex as well as co-op income generation)
