• Maintenance Officer: Responsible for 285 personnel at four locations maintaining 10 P-3/ EP-3 Aircraft through 820 sorties and 4500 flight hours. Responsible for long-term maintenance plan to support deployment of aircraft in three theaters while meeting major maintenance and modification windows. Managed 16 Maintenance programs, $8.4m operations funds, $16m tools/materials inventory. • Training Officer: Directly responsible for training structure and qualification process of pilots, aircraft commanders and mission commanders. Managed training and qualification of 175 Aircrew Personnel in nine aircrew positions. • Officer-in-Charge, Task Unit 57.3, Qatar: Responsible for 160 forward-deployed personnel from three commands and three EP-3E aircraft executing missions supporting OIF and OEF. Oversaw construction and certification of Sensitive Classified Information Facility.• Senior Pilot: Responsible for all training and standardization of instructor pilots and oversight of pilot operations and conduct in 28-pilot squadron flying combat operations and worldwide missions
