Direct and oversee the internal control of daily box office operations. Coordinate event information between the promoter, facility personnel and Ticketmaster. Work with event promoters and appropriate personnel to establish ticket pricing, scaling and seating configuration. Build and modify computer ticket events. Monitor daily ticket sales for all upcoming events and communicate information to the promoter and appropriate facility personnel. Prepare cash banks and daily accurate inventory of all tickets distributed and available for sale. Prepare and present the final box office statement for settlement of events. Respond to customer complaints and service requests. Supervise, instruct, and train ticket sellers as to proper selling procedures. Assist or sell tickets as needed.
