Currently working in AutoCAD Inventor 2019 and Woodworking for Inventor. Creating BOMs and cultists for manufacturing.

Created estimates from customer sketches/drawings, do material takeoffs, schedule production in shop, order materials required for job, program Water jet equipment to produce job, insure quality control of finished parts.

Visit proposed job sites to ascertain client’s needs, develop store design and store plans using AutoCAD 2000 and board drawings, determine job scope and costs, generate shop drawings and documents for manufacture of store fixtures, determine and procure materials required for construction, monitor progress of project, establish and maintain contact between general contractor, subcontractors and client through completion of project.

Constructed pre-production sample and limited run cabinets, created assembly and routing fixtures, ran panel saw, overhead routers and edge bander.

Job included pattern making, model construction, cabinet and showcase assembly and finishing.
