I mainly focused on the logistical side of the operation, tacking and recording each individual part throughout the facility in order to improve the efficiency of the entire process flow of tractor parts.- Presented Six Sigma project to the Athens Caterpillar Plant Manager, a team of lead engineers, and a panel of UGA professors- Instructed by lead engineers and observed different operations throughout the facility

- Painted, stained, and helped develop and improve systems for the assembly process - Developed a system that resulted in the largest increase in efficiency that my boss had ever seen - Produced 2,000 signs per month, including custom made
