John worked in the Information Technology (IT) industry for over 15 years at a global software company. He served as Worldwide Business Development Director organizing across all business units to launch worldwide innovative software support programs. As a people-centered customer support director, he drove the vision and strategy to provide world-class experiences and help customers get the most out of products and services they purchased. He built individualized support programs for companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Hitachi, IBM and Oracle. John was Director of Business Process Re-engineering where he evaluated processes and procedures of an entire worldwide support organization and made recommendations for improvement. Research included interviewing various individuals from all levels of support at sites around the world, documenting and reporting findings directly to the CEO and Executive staff. He has a passion for developing and guiding others to achieve peak performance in their roles. John feels that if you can create the right organizational structure and attract and nurture the right talent; everything else falls into place. Meeting life on life's terms, John's focus shifted to individual care-giving then to coaching and mentoring in various Ministries and volunteer work.
