Primary focus is helping companies that intend to outsource all or part of their information technology. Specific services include assistance with:1. Deciding on the level of outsourcing.2. Deciding on the outsourcing approach.3. Identification of short lists of outsourcing suppliers.4. Development of RFI, RFP and RFQ documents.5. Development of Statements of Work, Key Performance Indicators and other contract related documents.6. Contract negotiations.

Overall responsibility for IT service delivery to multiple customers. Functions included:-Leading delivery teams totalling over 100 professionals. -Development of team members into business and technical leaders.-Negotiating and administering IT service delivery contracts.

Program Manager responsible for development of the eMake offering, a Web-enabled product and service for small manufacturers. Then, as VP of Infrastructure and Services, developed and implemented a business process based on outsourcing all non-core activities.

30 year careeer (22 years domestic and 8 years international). 27 years in leadership roles culminating in position of VP of IT service delivery in a Business unit with annual revenues exceeding $100 Million. Earlier management experience ranged from project and program management to computer operations management. During the 30 year career, customer industries included: Health Care, Government (both Foreign and Domestic), Banking/financial, manufacturing (process and assembly).distribution and Insurance.
