Greetings! Originally, from Maryland, John Kraft owned and operated a contracting company for 16 years, doing historic renovations, residential and commercial work. In 2012, John made South Florida his new home and established Kraft Built, Inc., a state-wide, Certified General Contracting (CGC) firm in Florida. Along with general contracting and project management, as a mill-work specialist, Kraft Built has fabricated and installed all sorts of cabinetry, mill-work and furniture, working on ultra-high-end properties in Florida, as well as being in charge of multi million dollar build out and remodels of resorts, restaurants, retail, etc. In 2019, KRAFT BUILT added two state Florida licenses for mold assessment and mold remediation.
