Responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining Navigator’s information technology systems and software applications, as well as being a key participant in improving processes throughout all information technology functions.● Perform system administration and custom development of Navigator’s ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, and OpenAir). Including, but not limited to, support of transactions and data integrity, configuration and development of new functionality, as well as upgrades and patches.● Develop reports, dashboards and/or data queries within the ERP systems.● Configuration, administration, license management, and support of Google Suite, Gmail, Zoom, Carbonite, and other products across the enterprise.● Maintain network security for all information technology systems.● Collaborate with our outside IT Managed Services Provider to ensure outsourced technical services adhere with SLAs and are in alignment with Navigator’s strategy and expectations.● Perform system administration and troubleshooting for our content management tool (Kentico) & website. ● Support the Director of Business Operations regarding design and implementation of disaster recovery & business continuity plan, growth and business changes for our ERP roadmap, and IT budget and expense tracking.● Manage all audio/video systems.
