I have a wide experience in general management, latest in the Media Group Nordiske Medier as Group Director, where my main fokus was on Digital and Print comercial activities. Before I was in a large Media Group, Berlingske Media, where I have been member of the top management since 2008 as COO, Group Director, P&L responsible for the National Medias and responsible for the National Advertising sales. I have worked with management, optimization, financials, development of brands, digital transformation and sales within companies and businesses in the digital and print media area.I have a large experience in strategic and operational management through which I have created results in change management, optimization and adjustments of businesses with emphasis on a good financial and business-oriented approach.I am business oriented and commercially ambitious by nature. My decisions are often based on methods and analyzes where I am driven by making complex issues simple by focusing on highlights and still be able to go into the details.
