Lead IT Infrastructure - MES, Information Technology AsiaResponsibility:1. IT Project Manager, leading team focus on MES system, WMS system, IoT system, SPC system, SCADA system, Asset Management system and ERP system. Work with corporate/local team, arrange available resource to deploy IT system on time, in scope and on budget.2. As business partner working close with the business team like IE, ME, Material, Manufacturing, Quality department, thinking from business perspective and leading team provide them the system/tools for data analysis and statistics. 3. Coordinate corporate IT develop team and local business team on new demand deployment. Leading Asia support team on daily support. 4. Lead IoT tech, get the machine data from CNC and gage machines, integrate them into MES system by using MT connection, DeviceWise, OPC, etc.5. Global infrastructure projects support, including network, server, firewall, storage, Especially in Asia.6. Support IT director build Asia IT team as a project and data driven team, using project method to manage operation.

IT Infrastructure is my responsibility, include network system,storage system,server system,PBX system,Anti-virus,mail,mail spam,time keeping etc.1.Be in charge of IT infrastructure system.Totally we have 8 persons who provide IT services support from help desk to database,from office to plant.2.Optimize and implement IT policy,annual IT plan,formulate IT annual budget base on infrastructure.3.Lead my team member to design and set up new IT system or expansion per company of user's new request. 4.Support and assist IT Manager in various IT areas by providing high efficient and reliable and stable business on-demand IT support and services.5.Organize the IT related training for normal user and team members.
