I supported prep and execution of novel neuro-surgical techniques, signal data processing and organization, and maintenance of the physical brain machine interface.

The goal of this project was to establish a common baseline number of CT scans that would be permissible for any given subject before radiation levels to key organs becomes hazardous, based on certain parameters. To do this, relevant patient data had to be generated from CT, MRI, and other imaging modalities, and then stored in a custom built SQL database.

This project was designed primarily to facilitate Pathogenica's start as a biotech company; to get them off the ground with a proper understanding of the technology. To do this I worked with Pathogenica on proper wetlab procedure for padlock probe capture and analysis. This was a specialization that I learned in school, and was able to teach to.

Much of this was wetlab work, which comprised DNA.

Worked under Dr. Morioka and Dr. KangerlooThe goal of this project was to develop a database, built from CT and MRI scans, of various human organs to define volume for automated cancer detection. To accomplish this, the data images had to be labeled and stored via a proprietary databasing tool, and then automatically retrieved and processed into segments.
